Our Human Management Code sets out guiding principles in these areas, along with our principles for social responsibility, the health and safety of Egis teams, managerial practices, career paths and talent management.
To further embed our commitment to diversity and constructive social dialogue, we have created a set of Group agreements in France, detailed below. These agreements form the basis of our social policy.
