Inaugurated by Emmanuel Macron in February 2024, our Egis teams are working on a number of different projects for this village:
- Designing the village's urban infrastructure. From accessibility to soft transport, from platforms to green spaces, including lighting and the revitalisation of the banks of the Seine.
- Coordinating studies during the design phase and managing the construction of several of these buildings.Our teams faced a number of challenges, including the reversibility of the buildings, the use of recycled materials and the subsequent reuse of the materials used, a 40% reduction in the carbon footprint and energy efficiency.
They will be used as accommodation for athletes from all over the world, before being completely transformed into homes, offices and shops over the coming months.
